Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. By starting the subscription you ask us to begin the service immediately and acknowledge that, once you have accessed the dashboard or received a Same-day alert or Cluster alert, you lose the right of withdrawal for the service already delivered. To withdraw, send an email to support@boardroomtrades.com within 14 days of purchase.
Performance figures
Where Boardroom Trades displays returns, these are calculations under the methodology published in full on the Methodology page. Every position is measured from the next regular-session opening price after SEC acceptance (same day if accepted before 9:30 AM ET, otherwise the next trading day) and closed at the official closing price 63 NYSE trading days later. The portfolio figure is the average return per alert since October 2, 2026, with the same amount in every alert, Same-day and Cluster: each Same-day alert or Cluster alert is tracked as one position, open positions at the latest official close, closed positions at their exit price. Adjusted for splits, excluding dividends and costs. It is the equal-weighted average return per alert, the return actually earned by someone who puts the same amount in every alert, not a time-weighted rate of return. A time-weighted return measures a strategy independent of when and how much money was in it, and can differ a lot from what someone following the alerts earns. You can check the figure against the positions table.
Past performance, whether actual or hypothetically calculated, is no guarantee of and no reliable indicator of future results. A period of positive returns says nothing about what follows.
Data accuracy
Data displayed on Boardroom Trades is derived from public SEC filings and is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented. Boardroom Trades applies its own selection criteria and displays only a subset of insider transactions; it is not a complete record of all insider activity. Filings may also contain errors made by the filer, and may be amended or corrected after we display them. Performance figures depend on third-party price data, which may contain errors or gaps.
